My goals with strength training.

Becoming physically stronger makes daily life easier, going up stairs, picking up your child or putting them in the car seat, picking up something heavy, having to push your car because it broke down...the list goes on. My overall goal is long-term, like being able to at least bodyweight squat well into my 80’s, preferably 90’s. I’d love to be able to help educate others, so they have the knowledge to help themselves every day to live a longer, pain-free life. If I don’t have an answer, I will use scientifically-proven research or trusted sources. I strive to not share misinformation. There are no shortcuts or magic pills. Long term health takes consistency and discipline. I will always do my best to help to achieve a healthier lifestyle. The fitness journey is ongoing and will be tough at times, but I’m here to support and encourage you on the good and the bad training days.

Believe it or not, the bad days help make you stronger physically and mentally. Consistency is greater than perfection.
